2. Ensure you mention the appropriate service package when contacting us to avoid delays in processing your request.

Content and Resources

1. Any content required for digital campaigns, such as text, images, or videos, must be provided by the client unless stated otherwise.
2. Logos for campaigns must also be supplied by the client. If logo design is required, this will incur additional costs.

Attribution and Customization

1. A signature or acknowledgment of Sponsoredsay’s services may be embedded in the delivered content or campaigns. If you wish to remove this, an additional fee will apply.
2. Changes to campaign strategies, content, or deliverables after approval will be chargeable.

Pricing and Packages

1. Pricing for services such as SEO, advertising, and guest posting is subject to change. Sponsoredsay reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
2. Clients are advised to confirm the latest prices before finalizing their orders.

Responsibility and Liability

1. Clients are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of their provided content and campaign data. Sponsoredsay is not liable for disputes arising from client-supplied materials.
2. We are not responsible for the misuse of provided resources, such as access credentials or campaign data, by the client.

Report Abuse Policy

Sponsoredsay strives to provide a professional platform for digital services. If you experience abusive behavior involving our services, please take the following steps to report it:

1. Take a screenshot or document the issue.
2. Send the details via email to support@sponsoredsay.com.

We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and review the issue. If a violation of our policies is confirmed, appropriate action will be taken, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination of the offender’s account.

Acceptable Usage Policy

To ensure a professional and secure environment, all users of Sponsoredsay services must adhere to the following guidelines:

Acceptable Use

1. You may use Sponsoredsay’s services strictly for your business or commercial purposes.
2. Do not share Sponsoredsay’s proprietary tools, pricing, or strategies without permission.
3. Protect access credentials (e.g., login details for dashboards or platforms) to prevent unauthorized use.

Prohibited Use

1. Do not use another client’s campaign details, designs, or analytics for personal use without permission.
2. Refrain from using automated tools or software to manipulate campaign metrics or traffic, as this is considered unethical and may lead to service termination.
3. Avoid accessing or attempting to access restricted sections of Sponsoredsay systems without authorization.

Standard Refund Terms

Refunds for Sponsoredsay services are subject to the following conditions:

1. Digital Advertising Plans: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the project start date. Costs incurred for third-party resources (e.g., ad placements) will not be refunded.
2. Social Media Management: Refunds are available within 7 days of service initiation, excluding platform-specific subscription costs.
3. SEO Optimization & Off-Page SEO Plans: Refunds can be requested within 10 days of payment, provided no significant work has been delivered.
4. Guest Posting: Refunds are not available once guest posting opportunities have been confirmed and published.
5. Content Marketing: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project initiation. Content already delivered will be deducted from the refund.
