Digital Advertising Plans
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the project start date. However, any costs incurred for third-party resources, such as ad placements or tools, are non-refundable.
Social Media Management
Refunds are available within 7 days of service initiation. Please note that any platform-specific subscription costs (e.g., ads on social media platforms) will be excluded from the refundable amount.
SEO Optimization & Off-Page SEO Plans
Refunds may be requested within 10 days of payment, provided no significant deliverables have been completed. Refunds will not be available if substantial work has been initiated or delivered.
Guest Posting
Refunds are not available once guest posting opportunities have been confirmed and published. This ensures fairness and integrity in securing quality placements for our clients.
Content Marketing
Refund requests for content marketing services must be made within 7 days of project initiation. Any content already delivered will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel a service at any time; however, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is requested within the applicable refund timeframe for the respective service. Please note that some services have unique refund policies or are ineligible for refunds.
Project Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an ongoing project, a 30% processing fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you, excluding any costs incurred for completed deliverables or third-party expenses.
